View account logs and Email history

So, you need to look back and see what happened on your account, or review previous correspondence - no issue, we log everything and here's how to find it;

Account log

  1. Firstly, log into the client area
  2. Using the nav-bar on the left-hand side select "Account - Logs"
  3. Here, all actions taken within the GUI will be logged, including VM actions like create/delete along with relevant timestamps.
 

Email history

  1. From the nav-bar on the left-hand side, select "Account - Emails)
  2. On the email history list you can click each one to review what was sent.
 

IMPORTANT - Only Emails sent via our support system are logged in the dashboard, marketing emails and responses to them will not be documented via the dash.
